Description
This is an incredible Carico Lake turquoise and 18k solid gold pendant. Carico is a rare turquoise mined in Nevada that comes in a variety of colors including shades of green that are found no where else in the world. This is a really nice piece of apple green with chocolate brown matrix which is one of the hallmarks of great American turquoise. It also has what is known as “water webbing” which is the color pattern that looks like variations of lighter and darker tones. This is some of the best of the green turquoise coming out of this mine and it is cut in a uniform oval cabochon.
The gold work is simple yet elegant with a single row of tiny gold balls around the bezel. The bale has some extra detail with a tapered row of gold balls down the front. It is a medium-sized pendant that is approximately 5/8” wide and 15/16” tall (not including the attachment bale).
Chain shown in photos not included with item. To see available chains please see “Chains” on Shop tab.
