Description
This is a sterling silver cuff bracelet with solid 18k gold settings fused to the cuff. I call this design “Three Stars” because the gemstones set against the oxidized silver background look like three stars in the night sky.
The two smaller stones are rubies from the Winza mine in Tanzania and the larger stone is a dark pink sapphire from the same mine. The sapphire is clear and glassy with almost no imperfections. The rubies have a few minor inclusions but have deep saturated color, and, are bright and glassy.
The outside of the cuff has an oxidized (black) finish and the inside is polished silver. The bracelet is approx. 3/4″ wide and a hair over 1 mm thick. It is a medium-to-light weight piece piece that would be easy for any woman to wear. Total weight of this item is just over 52.5 grams.

Care of This Piece: The outside of the cuff has an oxidized finish on it. Care should be taken when cleaning it not to use chemicals including polishing cloths that are impregnated with chemical cleaner as it will remove this oxidized finish.
