Description
This is a 3-stone heavy sterling silver cuff bracelet with solid 18k gold settings and decorative items fused to the cuff.
The center stone is an extremely rare turquoise that came from a mine in Nevada known as the Orville Jack mine. This mine stopped producing long ago and the only pieces of this material I have ever been able to obtain I purchased from a collector when he was selling his collection. What is unique about this turquoise is the avocado green colors that came out of this mine. The stone in this bracelet is exemplary in showing the darker greens mixed with some of the lighter yellow greens just like you would find in an avocado. Search on line if you like but you probably won’t find another piece of jewelry with genuine Orville Jack turquoise in it.
The blue stones are pure translucent gem silica from the Inspiration Mine in Arizona. Follow the link below to learn more about gem silica but this is also an extremely rare form of silica colored blue by copper. This bracelet contains two matched pieces with a wonderful light blue color that accents the greens of the center stone.
The outside of the cuff has an oxidized (black) finish and the inside is polished silver. The bracelet is approx. 15/16 ” wide (measured top to bottom) and more than 2mm thick. It is a substantial piece with a heavy rich feel weighing more than 94 grams including more than 9 grams of 18k gold.

Size and Other Considerations: This is a 7 1/4″ cuff with a 1 1/8″ gap (7 1/4″ overall inside circumference). For most women this would be considered a larger size. Buyers should see Sizing for information on how to measure your wrist for cuff bracelets such as this.
Care of This Piece: The outside of the cuff has an oxidized finish on it. Care should be taken when cleaning it not to use chemicals including polishing cloths that are impregnated with chemical cleaner as it will remove this oxidized finish.
