Description
This is a beautiful Carico Lake turquoise and 18k solid gold pendant. Carico is a rare turquoise mined in Nevada that comes in a variety of colors including shades of green that are found nowhere else in the world. This is some of the best of the green turquoise coming out of this mine and it is cut in a high-domed cabochon that gives the piece a rich look and feel.
The gold work is simple yet elegant with a single row of tiny gold balls around the bezel. I have added a cross bar to the design that is reminiscent of an old sailing ship’s anchor. The bale has some extra detail with a row of gold balls around the circumference. It is a small-to-medium-sized pendant that is approximately 5/8” wide and 1” tall (see photo with older U.S. dime for size/scale).
Chain shown in photos not included with item. To see available chains please see “Chains” on Shop tab.
