This is a beautiful Carico Lake turquoise and 18k solid gold pendant. Carico is a rare turquoise mined in Nevada that comes in a variety of colors including shades of green that are found nowhere else in the world. This is a really nice piece of apple green with some areas of matrix or host rock in which the turquoise formed.
The gold work is simple yet elegant with a single row of tiny gold balls around the bezel. The bale has some extra detail with a tapered row of gold balls down the front. It is a medium-sized pendant that is approximately 5/8” wide and 15/16” tall (not including the attachment bale). See photos with older silver U.S. dime for size/scale comparison.
Chain shown in photos not included with item. To see available chains please see “Chains” on Shop tab.
